UK domestic shipping

Once an item is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please, note that Knit & Ting is not liable for missed deliveries.

For any queries regarding your order or shipping, please contact us at service@knitandting.com and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm GMT.

Due to the nature of some of the garments, for those on a made to orders basis please allow up to 4 weeks before the item will be posted. If you require your item sooner, please email service@knitandting.com prior to ordering and we endeavour to meet your requirements.

All other items will be sent within 3-5 working days and will be sent with tracked shipping.

International shipping

Regrettably, we are unable to deliver internationally at this time.

For international orders, customers are encouraged to purchase through our stockist, APOC STORE.

 

 
Returns

We hope that you love your Knit & Ting product, however if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact service@knitandting.com within 5 days of receiving the item to request a refund.

You will be supplied with a return address from which you have 7 days for the item to be returned. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging and labels must be returned with the product without having been altered. We will refuse a refund if the return does not arrive within the time frame or if the items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Returns are to be sent with tracked/ signed for shipping. Knit & Ting do not take any responsibility for items that are returned via untracked or unsigned for postage options.

The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item. The shipping costs can not be refunded. Return shipping currently is not covered by Knit & Ting.

Please note

If your item is either made to order or pre-ordered a return is only valid if the item is faulty. The nature of how the item is made will always be in the description of the product.
